Gamer Pays $1725 For Leaked MW3 Copy!
Unauthorized copies of the game were mistakenly released into the wild this week, when a retailer placed the game on sale. MW3 is not due to be officially released until November 8th.
One copy of the game was placed on eBay and has been picked up for nearly 29 times the retail price of the game. It received a total of 88 bids.
But early play may carry an additional price. Xbox Live's Director of Policy and Enforcement for Stephen Tolouse warned that playing the game online pre-release could result in a ban. He tweeted, "Pre-release play not authorized. Please be patient. Playing early may impact your account!"

Modern Warefare 3 to include 'Gun Game' and 'One In The Chamber'!
Robert Bowling, released a snippet of info informing us that several of our favorite Gun Game variations will be available for play in Modern Warfare 3's private matches.
Specifically, Robert has confirmed that Gun Game, One in the Chamber and several other unique game modes will be available in Private Matches with the rule set being fully customizable. While there is no in-game currency to bet on, that doesn't mean you can't throw down real-life money on a high stakes game of One in the Chamber with your friends.

In Modern Warfare 3, if you find a gun that you have a lot of success with, you will actually end up ranking that gun up. You will unlock attachments, camouflages and, most importantly, proficiencies. These proficiencies are completely new to Call of Duty and are essentially perks for your weapon. They offer things ranging from less weapon kick to multiple attachments.
